Assetz Adds 200 Acres in Bengaluru, Plans 7,500 New Homes
Bengaluru-based real estate developer Assetz has secured over 200 acres across 16 prime land parcels in the last two years, adding 15 million sq ft of saleable area to its pipeline. The projects are spread across key growth corridors in North, South, and Southeast Bengaluru.
According to the company, the land bank has the potential to deliver more than 7,500 homes. Of the Rs 150 billion gross development value (GDV) from these acquisitions, 3 million sq ft has already been launched, with another 6.5 million sq ft across 10 projects scheduled for FY26.
The upcoming launches will include a mix of apartments, villaments, and plotted developments.
“With 10 new projects this fiscal year, we’re introducing Rs 70 billion worth of inventory and are on track to double our turnover within three years,” said Sunil Pareek, Executive Director at Assetz.
