Ananthay Properties Buys 20 Acres in Bengaluru for ?630 Crore


Ananthay Properties, a subsidiary of the Brigade Group, has finalized a definitive agreement to acquire a 20-acre land parcel on Whitefield-Hoskote Road, Bengaluru, for ?630 crore.

The proposed residential project will span approximately 2.5 million square feet of saleable area and is projected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ?2,700 crore.

Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Ananthay Properties, emphasized the company's commitment to expanding its portfolio in key markets. "We remain focused on acquiring prime land in key markets to strengthen our land holdings," she said.

The acquisition is part of the company’s broader strategy to develop around 12.61 million square feet of new residential projects across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
