Alpex Solar Secures Rs 2.1 Billion SECI Order


Alpex Solar has won a Rs 2.1 billion order from the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for the supply of solar PV modules and solar cells. The project is set to be completed within nine months from the signing of the purchase order. 

Alpex Solar manufactures solar modules and assembles solar pumps, offering a variety of panels like bifacial, mono PERC, and half-cut modules. It also provides solar energy solutions, including AC/DC solar pumps and EPC services. Its client base includes major names like Solarworld Energy Solutions, Tata Power, and Shakti Pumps India. 

The company reported a remarkable 423.3% jump in consolidated net profit to Rs 236 million in Q3 FY25, compared to Rs 45.1 million in Q3 FY24, with revenue from operations rising 136.9% year-on-year to Rs 1.87 billion.
