Airox Nigen Launches 1 MW Green Hydrogen System in Russia

Airox Nigen Equipments, a prominent player in green hydrogen technology, successfully delivered and commissioned a 1 MW containerized hydrogen system in Russia, marking a significant milestone in its international market expansion. The project, which encompassed the entire lifecycle from design to operation, underscores Airox Nigen’s dedication to promoting global green hydrogen adoption.

This hydrogen system, equipped with a 1 MW electrolyser, generates high-purity hydrogen during daylight hours, primarily for industrial applications such as oil purification. The produced hydrogen is stored in a 50 m³ tank at a pressure of 30 bar, ensuring safe and efficient availability for end-use.

Aniruddh Agrawal, the Business Development Manager at Airox Nigen Equipments, stated that delivering this 1 MW containerized hydrogen system in Russia was a significant milestone for the company. He added that it not only strengthens their global presence but also highlights their commitment to pioneering sustainable and clean energy solutions.

The system underwent a 72-hour trial as part of a micro-grid project, passing rigorous performance guarantee tests, which validated its operational reliability and efficiency.
