Ahluwalia Contracts secures Rs 1,095 cr project from DLF City Centre
Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd. announced on October 11, 2024, that it has secured a new project order valued at approximately ?1,095 crore (excluding GST and labor cess) from DLF City Centre.
The project involves civil and composite steel structural works, including rough finishing for Blocks 5, 6, and 7 at Downtown, Phase-2, Sector-25A in Gurugram. Ahluwalia Contracts aims to complete the project within a 21-month timeframe.
Earlier, on August 28, the company obtained a ?350.3 crore contract from Bharat Aluminium Company (BALCO) for the design and construction of 756 2 BHK apartments in Chhattisgarh on an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis.
In July, Ahluwalia Contracts also secured a significant contract worth ?893.48 crore from the Airports Authority of India, which includes building a new terminal and associated works at an airport under the EPC model.
With these recent contract wins, Ahluwalia Contracts is solidifying its position in India's civil construction sector.
