A strategic joint venture (JV), equally owned by Adani Green Energy (AGEL) and TotalEnergies, has been announced to manage a portfolio of solar projects with a combined capacity of 1,150 MW. These projects are located in Khavda, Gujarat, at the world's largest renewable energy plant. AGEL plans to contribute its existing assets to the JV, while TotalEnergies plans to invest $444 million to accelerate the development of these projects.

This investment reflects the shared commitment of AGEL and TotalEnergies to fostering cooperation and accelerating India's transition to renewable energy. It also highlights AGEL's proven ability to deliver green energy on an unprecedented scale and pace.
