India Sotheby's bags Arjun Sodhi practices to expand services

India Sotheby's International Realty has acquired the architectural and design practices of Arjun Sodhi to expand its services.

Arjun Sodhi told the media that it has been designing luxury homes in India and abroad for over two decades.

After this acquisition, India Sotheby's International Realty will expand its portfolio and add a new vertical to offer design and architectural services to its high-net-worth clients.

Currently it offers services, from identifying the property to legal due diligence, tax and wealth advisory, mortgage, vastu, and even relocation services.

It said that the company providing customised architectural and interior design services dovetails seamlessly with the increasing requirements of wealthy buyers.

Sodhi will lead the virtual design-led initiative in the emerging metaverse.

President of India Sotheby's International Realty, Ashwin Chadha, said that the benefit of this partnership is Arjun's deep understanding of digital and metaverse space, which will help enhance our capacity to design properties of high net-worth individuals (HNIs). Sotheby's International Realty is available in 79 countries and territories with 1,000 offices and 25,000 sales associates.

The company has achieved a record real estate global sales volume of $204 billion in 2021.

It has its presence across India by setting up offices in Delhi National Capital Region (NCR), Mumbai, Bengaluru and Goa.
